Harriet. Tubman museum

We went to the Harriet Tubman Museum she  was from a white father and black women, and she cam out a  white women. she married a black man- she was a slave that was white. they were in the south and need ed to escape to the North and be free. So she acted live a wealthy north lady, and her husband played a black slave. they made  across the borders by  she then set up a under ground network to help the slaves escape  through the black  underground. hers. she helped  100 slaves get to freedom. This museum tells her story.


these painting were from the Black people. they were so colorful and free.

Jami had come to visit up the week of thanksgiving, and she went with us. there were quilts  made into  picture stores all around the inside  of the large rotunda.

Jami loves the many faces  and different way the slaves hve portrayed  there lives  as slave and after they got  there freedom

This pertrayed the history of the black people as the were captured in Africa and brought to America and other countries  to be sold as slaves
