Visit to Little Utah - near Douglas Ga

Little Utah was near Douglas Ga. this adventure happened after the Tifton Zone conference.
President Fussell took the whole office and Dr & sister Allgaier to these historic places.
this is what a tree looks like with moss hanging on it . It was right by the church. you don t want to touch moss it has lots of nasty critters in it.
This use to be the entrance to the chapel It had been moved from it orginal spot. and  some one had tried to live in it.
This is a selfie of the group Vicki and  Dr.Wayne allgaier in the front. He is the medical doctor over 9 missions and ia so great to work with. Elder James & Carol Landreau- housing, President Brent & Joyce Cottle, Cindy & Doug Westbrook - secretary   & Finances. @nd counsel in Mission Presidenccy- Dentist. Venice & Garth finlinson - Mission nurse/ fleet manager.
There was great Priesthood- they look like there are ready to preach the gospel

A grreat time was held by all There men went into the church, there was a broken down piano and many more treasures.

This was the front door of the Chapel at one time this look like a Temple to these people.

this was the cememtray that was behind the Chapel, the church was moved to another place about 1 mile away. It mention all the orginal member of the church that started the LDS church in the area.

Look like a Glorious place. Praises to God were once sang in the desired Chapel.

As the men were coming out of the building, some one took a picture of us. take a picture  surly  a  Kodak moment.

this is a picture of the Cemetery  Called Little Utah,  the Southern pioneer of the area are buried here. and there  descendants are now running the LDS Church , Many of there posterity have stayed faithful.
