Connie Mays Baptism

We have been working with Connie Mays for 14 month- with several sets of missionaries. I have seen her grow in the gospel light. She had fears . Her family rejecting her called her the Black Mormon. Then in August Pres and Sister Grayson(MP) went to visit her. They are black also and knew exactly how she was feeling. Testified to her. This was Connie turning point.

At the Macon Ga stake center,

John Bridges baptized her , and Elder Alex Anderson confirmed her. 

I just want to say as we started the baptism this wonderful feeling of peace came over the room. When I got up to give a talk about the gift of the Holy Ghost. I could hardly speak- I felt The ancestors of Connie Past present and future. She is the pioneer- to open the gates of the gospel to her family . 

It was over helming.great mission experience

John and Briana Bridges sealing Atlanta

John and Briana were baptized the first Saturday we got to the mission field Aug 2, 2015  .

There lives have changed so much thy have Dixie and Riley and Briana. Is expecting Carter  in 3weeks.

We were luck enough to ga to the Atlanta Temple Sealing. Aug 25, 2016.

It was an exciting day we arrived early. Got dressed. Sister Robin Sinclar. Escort snd Bro Higgins. For John.

It was special they asked me and Garth to be the witness couple. We were sat be each other the whole time  there we 6 people from our group there - Evans, Sister Sinclair- and Elder Higgins.

We walked into the celestial  Room- the whole stake presidency- Pres Applebee's

The spirit just kept getting better., they were sealed then the brought little Dixie .there is just some thing great when you seal families . For that is what the temple does create families. For ever. Dixie is 5 years has a crippled right foot, standing at the alter. It Celestial..
